Privacy notice
Last updated:
This notice explains how SKYWARD CONTINUUM PTE. LTD. ("we", "us") handles personal data in connection with this website and business inquiries. It is intended to explain our practices under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
Information we receive
When you email us, we may receive your name, business contact details, company information, inquiry, attachments and subsequent correspondence. Please share only what is needed for your inquiry and avoid sending identity documents or other sensitive information unless specifically requested for a clear purpose.
Our hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses, requested URLs, access times, browser information, referring pages and error or security events to deliver and protect the website.
The website’s inquiry form
The form prepares an email draft on your device. Clicking ‘Open email draft’ or ‘Copy content’ attempts to copy your text to your clipboard; the first option also opens your email application. Completing the form alone does not send its contents to us, and our website does not store those fields in a server database or browser storage. You review and send the message through your email provider. Your email provider and device may retain drafts or clipboard contents under their own settings.
Why we use information
We use relevant information to respond to inquiries, understand your requirements, discuss or provide agreed services, maintain necessary business records, protect our systems and meet applicable legal obligations. We collect, use and disclose personal data with consent where required, or where otherwise permitted or required by applicable law. We will notify you of a new purpose where required before using information for that purpose.
Service providers and disclosure
We use hosting, website security and email service providers, including Cloudflare for website delivery/security and inbound email routing. Information may be processed by these providers and authorised personnel who need it for the purposes described here. If an engagement requires sharing information with professional advisers or project reviewers, we will explain the relevant arrangements as appropriate. We may also disclose information where required by law or to address legal claims. We do not sell inquiry data.
Cookies and analytics
We do not currently deploy a separate Cloudflare Web Analytics beacon or advertising analytics on this website. Cloudflare’s website delivery and security services are separate from Web Analytics and may process technical request data and use security cookies when needed. The inquiry form does not use cookies or local storage to save your entries. Language versions have separate URLs. We will update this notice if our use of analytics or similar technology changes.
Retention and security
We retain personal data only while it is needed for the stated purposes or another legitimate legal or business purpose. Retention depends on the nature of the inquiry, whether an engagement follows and any applicable record-keeping or dispute requirements. When retention is no longer necessary, we delete or anonymise the information as appropriate. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal data; no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Deletion from active systems may not immediately remove copies held in restricted backups or provider recovery systems. Where relevant, we assess the applicable retention arrangements, restrict further use and explain any outstanding deletion steps or necessary retention. We may retain a minimal record of a privacy request and our response where needed for accountability.
Processing outside Singapore
Our providers may process information in countries outside Singapore. Where we transfer personal data overseas, we take steps required under the PDPA to ensure a standard of protection comparable to that under the PDPA, such as appropriate contractual or other legally recognised safeguards. Please contact us if you need information about the arrangements relevant to your inquiry.
Your requests and choices
You may contact us to request access to or correction of personal data, ask about its use or disclosure, withdraw consent with reasonable notice, or raise a concern or deletion request. We may need proportionate information to verify that a request relates to you. We handle requests subject to applicable law and exceptions, explain any consequences of withdrawing consent and inform you if any information must be retained. Withdrawal may affect our ability to respond to an inquiry or continue a service. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible and communicate further steps where needed.
Privacy contact
For privacy inquiries and requests to our data protection contact, email [email protected] with ‘Privacy’ in the subject. Include enough context to identify your inquiry, but avoid sending unnecessary personal documents. We will route the request to the person responsible for data protection.
Updates to this notice
We may update this notice to reflect changes in our services or practices. The date shown on this page identifies the current version. Where further notice or consent is required for a change, we will provide it.
